New: Availability Polls and Multi-User Scheduling

Two big updates to how Carly handles group scheduling.

Availability Polls

When you need to find a time that works for everyone, Carly now creates a shareable availability poll — think When2Meet, built right into Carly. Try it here — no account required.

Participants open the link, connect their calendar (optional), and drag to mark when they're available. Carly shows a heat map of overlapping availability and ranks the best times.

  • Calendar overlay: Connected calendars show your events right on the grid
  • Heat map view: See at a glance where the group overlaps
  • Reminders: Nudge people who haven't responded yet
  • Finalize: Pick a time and Carly creates the event and notifies everyone

Polls work for any group size and participants don't need to be Carly users.

Two Ways to Start a Poll

  1. Email Carly — just ask her to find a time for a group. She handles everything — you don't even need to open the poll yourself.
  2. From the webgo here to create your first poll. No account required.

Multi-User Availability

If both you and the other person use Carly, you can ask things like "When are me and Alex available?" Carly checks both calendars and proposes times when you're both free.
